Coach and Mentor (LAUREN CORTAZZO) agrees to provide one-on-one Holistic coaching and mentorship services to facilitate the achievement of Client goals as per this coaching agreement. Coach and Client are each bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement for the length of coaching series which will be for a period of 6 sessions. Coach and Client each continue to be bound thereafter as applicable in relation to the Privacy and Copyright.



COACHING DESCRIPTION

Coaching is a partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximise personal, spiritual, emotional and professional potential. It is designed to facilitate the development/ creation of personal goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/ plan for achieving those goals.



PROFESSIONAL TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

Coach is a certified and registered Counsellor through the Australian Counselling Association and Australian Institute of Professional Counsellors, and a certified Life Coach through the Beautiful You Life Coaching Academy. Both certifications as well as previous work experience and relevant training in the field of Therapeutic Behaviour Change ensures Coach is well equipped to work alongside Client. Coach is qualified and trained to manage difficult conversations and emotions, and Coach is able to assist Client towards better outcomes.



COACH-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP

The Client is fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results in all areas of life, including physical, mental, and emotional well-being, as a result of coaching sessions or interactions. The Coach is not liable for any outcomes of these decisions or actions. Coaching is not a substitute for therapy, does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions, and is not intended to prevent, cure, or address medical issues. Coaching may touch on various aspects of the Client's life, such as relationships, health, work, and more, but the Client remains solely responsible for applying coaching insights and making choices in these areas.



SERVICES

The services to be provided by the Coach to Client include:

-6x private coaching and mentorship sessions held online or in-person

-In-between session support via WhatsApp when required and within reason

-Access to applicable integrative and reflective resources + templates



CONTACT + OPERATING HOURS

Coach is contactable during business hours, being 10am - 6pm (Monday- Friday). Response times may vary and may be delayed depending on Coach’s schedule and other client appointments. Coach will endeavour to get back to any messages or emails within 24- 48 hours.



SESSION SETTING + PRACTICE

Coaching sessions are available to be booked in both an online capacity, as well as in-person. In-person sessions are conducted at the Vivid Growth + Wellness Holistic Hub in Cheltenham, VIC 3192. If Client would like to schedule in-person sessions, Client must discuss this with Coach for an appropriate time and date to be agreed upon.



PROCEDURE, SCHEDULE + FEES

This coaching agreement is valid as of the date signed and submitted by client.

The coaching series is $2,999 upfront. Various payment plan options are also available. Fees and payment options can be discussed via email to lauren@vividgrowthwellness.com. The time of the coaching sessions and/ or location will be determined by Coach and Client based on a mutually agreed upon time.



COACHING COMMITMENT

Once Client begins a coaching series, Coach is fully committed to supporting Clients growth. This includes Clients commitment to completing the entire series, including the associated financial obligations. A 6-day cooling-off period applies from the date you sign this agreement. If you decide within those 6 days that the series is not right for you, you can opt out without further commitment. After this period, both parties are fully committed, and no part of the series is refundable. Please note that the deposit paid before your first session (serving as your first instalment) is non-refundable.



CANCELLATIONS + RESCHEDULING

In the event that the Coach is unable to meet the standards as discussed in this contract, the Client may be eligible for a partial refund for the remaining weeks. Client agrees to compensate the Coach for all coaching services rendered through and including the effective date of termination of the coaching relationship. Cancellation fees for sessions are not charged however, Client is encouraged to give Coach as much notice as possible in order to reschedule a mutually convenient alternative time.



CONFIDENTIALITY

This coaching relationship, as well as all information (documented or verbal) that the Client shares with the Coach as part of this relationship, is bound by the principles of confidentiality set forth in the Code of Ethics. The Coach agrees not to disclose any information pertaining to the Client without the Client’s written consent. The Coach will not disclose the Client’s name as a reference without the Client’s consent.



ACTIONS

The Client agrees to communicate honestly, stay open to feedback, and commit time and energy to fully participate in the program. The Client understands that the Coach's role is to support and empower them, but the Client is responsible for their own effort and commitment to achieving their goals. The Client acknowledges that completing the suggested actions or exercises between sessions is essential for progress. A lack of commitment to these steps may impact goal attainment.



INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Client must not at any time reproduce or pass on materials given to Client except for Client’s own personal use. The copyright in all of the provided documents and coaching resources belongs to Vivid Growth + Wellness.



Completing this Client agreement indicates full understanding of an agreement with the information outlined above.
